Peninsular Developments is a National Award winning  South West based development company. We develop land across the South West with a number of different projects active and in the planning stage. The company specialises in acquiring land and using the combination of their own workforce and established sub-contractors to develop the land into high-specification residential units.

Our developments past and present consist of newly built flats, quality barn conversions and new build homes ranging from individual to multiple units sites, some of which can be viewed on the current developments and past developments pages.

We pride ourselves on our finished product and we will not compromise on the quality of either our tradesmen nor the quality of our materials. Our standard Peninsular specification is far from standard and includes luxury Mayflower kitchens with iQ Siemens appliances, high quality Duravit bathrooms and WIFI enabled modern intelligent lighting & heating systems.

Peninsular Developments took the decision a number of years ago to focus on developing Carbon Neutral homes. Zero carbon houses are those that produce zero or negative CO2 emissions by maximising energy efficiency and renewable energy technology. Living in a zero carbon home is a cost effective way to consume less energy and release CO2 by design, rather than meet higher energy demands.
